Uncomfortable and seems to have issues with triggering Quest 3 sleep state

this is the third interface i have used, the first two being the OEM fabric and the Meta Silicone. Neither of those are uncomfortable and i use them both all the time. My silicone one seemed to have issues resizing for glasses so I thought i’d try this one since i love their headstrap over the original. Unfortunately, this one was immediately uncomfortable. The top of my nose was pinched (not good for working out) and the Quest kept blacking out or entering the sleep state. this has never happened to me before with any accessory. I thought i was imagining it until i saw others with the same issue.

I will say Kiwi customer service was very very good. My original order came completely crushed; it looked like a door had come down on it in shipping. Kiwi replaced it immediately for no charge. Returning the item, since there was no defect (on the replacement) required me to pay return shipping.

Aún no lo he probado pero se ve mucho más cómodo que el original y viniendo recomendado de reverquest seguro cien por cien supera mis expectativas.
Volveré a comprar y recomendaré.
KIWI desing calidad a buen precio.

Not gonna use it alot

I had to remove the light blocker
and place the padding so it barely covers the velcro closest to the nose
so my nose can be comfortable

also I can feel my vr-wave lences on my eye brows
and there is no spacer to fix this for the quest3

Zufrieden wie immer

Sitzt bequem auf den Augen. Ich habe einen etwas großen Kopf inkl. Gesicht. So drückt mir das Pad wenn es korrekt sitzt NOCH die Nasenflügel etwas zu. Aber das legt sich erfahrungsgemäß nach etwas Nutzzeit also vergebe ich hier auch die 5 Sterne. Qualität und Lichtdurchlässigkeit (fast gar nicht) also auf gewohntem KIWI Niveau!
