As said in the title, good for the price, Sure you could get a full replacement head-strap for $45 and have a nice supporting experience, or you could spend less then half that and get something that is both cheap and functional, pair this with a battery-bank to cancel out the weight of the headset and maybe an upgraded facial interface, and completely alter your experience.
